What you eat and drink is incredibly important if you are or are aspiring to become a fashion model. Most people will tell you what food you should be eating, but I think drinking healthy bottled mineral water is just as important.

My clear favourite is bottled Fiji Water which has turned from being the secret drink of models into the new trendy mineral water. If you think it just looks cool and is overpriced, you dont know what makes Fiji Water so special. Apart from its origins sounding more exotic, what makes Fiji Water so special is its high concentration of the trace mineral colloidal silica. Silica is the mineral that creates the spongy cells in between collagen and elastin fibres. Colloidal silica is the mineral in its most absorbable form so drinking Fiji Water strengthens hair and nails, plumbs the skin and slows the formation of wrinkles. It has a silky texture and a slightly sweet, super-clean taste. It has become so trendy that Nobu (the uber cool Japanese restaurant) have made it their official water.

If you cant quite afford Fiji Water go for Volvic, a French mineral water filtered through volcanic rock, which also contains colloidal silica, although not as much as Fiji Water.
