Lost The Urge To Smoke In Three Days

There was not a day that would go by when I didn't think about lighting up. For that matter, there wasn't an hour that would pass when I didn't think about smoking a cigarette. Till one day my heart started to tell me that it was time to quit this nasty habit. So I thought I'd give 'er a whirl.

Day 1: Made it through. Tried not to think about smoking and stayed occupied.

Day 2: Woke up this morning wanting to fire one of those cancer sticks up. Thought about it all day non stop.

Day 3: Still haven't had one. But ready to rip someones head off if they looked at me the wrong way. (Nicotine cravings have this effect on some people.) Went to the cupboard and saw that I was out of vitamins. So I thought that I would go online and order some. (This is another thing to keep one busy). After searching and searching I found a great multi-vitamin. I had it expressed shipped and recived them the next day.

Day 4: Still haven't had a smoke. But I was thinking about it constantly. Took the new vitamins that night..... What a differance. I've been taking vitamins all my life and never once did I feel differant and have a loss of cravings for smoking before. The next day.

Day 5: I called the manufacture of this product to find out more about them and what was happening. They said it was antioxidants in the vitamins that was causing me to not have any cravings. The energy level that I had went through the roof becouse of the blend of vitamins and minerals. They told me a bunch of other stuff too. But all I knew is that I felt great and still didn't have a cigarette.

Day 94: No Smoking? No Problem. Still haven't smoked and dont want to. I feel terific.
